How to Enable or Disable Comments on All New Posts and Pages
Please note: This will only prevent or allow people to submit comments going forward. It will not delete already existing comments and they would need to be removed manually.

- In WordPress Dashboard.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to Discussion.
- Check or Uncheck Allow people to submit comments on new posts
- Checked: Enables comments.
- Unchecked: Disables comments.
How to Enable or Disable Comments on an Individual Page

- In WordPress Dashboard.
- Go to Pages.
- Highlight page you would like to modify and click Quick Edit.
- Check or Uncheck Allow people to submit comments on new posts
- Checked: Enables comments.
- Unchecked: Disables comments.
